Critique
Allan - Yum. Tastes nice, not too sweet.
Nancy - This is good. I didn’t think it would be this bananay. Not too sweet.
Hannah - A lot of banana flavor. Very creamy.
Josiah - It’s really wierd. This does not taste the greatest. Why is the banana a little colored? Don’t like meringue. I don’t really like it.
Samuel - Pass....not even going to try it!

Pretty good pie, if I do say so myself!
ReplyDeleteIt's getting obvious that we've been doing this a while. Now when I call "Pie", people don't come running from the corners of the house. We're also hearing a few complaints, something that pwas previously almost unheard of. We have had a lot of cream pies in the last week but I think we're just about done with those for our family memberswho don't care for meringue.
THis week I'm having a difficult time getting some of my ingredients. I still need peppermint ice cream. Anyone know where I can get some? Because of the difficulty I've had to switch around the pie schedule a bit and that's brought on some serious complaints. Guess we're also learning to be flexible too! We're just past the half way point and I'm still rolling out crusts. Not my favorite but I'm getting much faster. :)
did you try supercentre?
ReplyDelete... Carolyn McDougall ...
Yup, tried Supercentre. Everyone puts chocolate in their mint ice cream so I'm getting it custom made. Plus I just found out from someone at the aforementioned store that Creme de Cacao isn't sold there. I have to go to the LCBO. Brother! Do I ever feel stupid. No wonder it wasn't in the baking aisle or with the ice cream toppings! That'll be an age of majority pie with over 1/4 cup of alcohol and not baked!
